All orders are sent using a 24 hour service, although some of the larger orders will be placed on a 48 hour service. All orders are sent in plain packaging. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days provided items are in-stock, in the situation that an item you ordered is out of stock, a member of the team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase.

We Send all UK order by FEDEX Courier as this is the most cost effective way, this is charged at £8.00 regardless of the quantites and products you order.

All UK orders are traceable on http://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/track.aspx, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
